This delicious and healthy snack is very easy to make. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and high in protein. My baby loves it. And so does my husband 🙂
- 5g puffed amaranth
- 90g oats (I used spelt oats)
- 2 mashed bananas
- 25-30g cranberries
BACKING TIME: 12 minutes
Grind the oats. Mash the bananas. Add the oats, amaranth and cranberries to bananas and stir well with a spoon. Take a dessertspoon full of mixture and place it to the non-stick backing sheet, then flatten it with the back of the spoon.
With this amount of mixture I made approx. 18 snacks (depends on how big you want them).
