Best Avocado Spread recipe

I love avocado. It is rich with protein, potassium, vitamin C and other life beneficial ingredients. This spread is one of my best ways to eat avocado. You can add it to breakfast toast or sandwiches and wraps.


  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2  tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
  • sea salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chickpea (optionally)



Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. That’s it.
