Once I have tried the Dior’s Professional Finish fluid foundation brush for full coverage I was over the moon with its performance. I had flat foundation brushes and sponges before but I was never really pleased with any of them. Discovering Dior’s was a big deal for my everyday makeup routine and I was finally satisfied with a foundation brush. Why was it so different from others? Because it really left my foundation looking natural on my skin. If you use flat foundation brush you probably know that it leaves a much more artificial look of the skin.
I have used Dior Professional Finish fluid foundation brush for years and many similar brushes are now available on the market. I remember how bad I wanted to try the MAC’s Oval brushes but I couldn’t get it anywhere, not even in America. A few months back I discovered a brand new line of professional brushes at affordable prices – BrushCraft. I bought the Oval 6 brush and you can read my review about it here. Both brushes have synthetic fibers that feel like natural ones.
The price between the two foundation brushes is minimal, but I would expect Dior’s to be better. I can (sadly) say it isn’t. I really love the BrushCraft Oval 6 foundation brush – it makes the foundation application easy and so smooth. I also like its oval shape, because I don’t even have to use corrector brush anymore as it covers around the eye area perfectly. It leaves almost zero lines behind and the finish is just perfect.
You can buy the BrushCraft Oval 6 brush on Naturisimo.
