Quick and easy: Black rice with broccoli and carrots

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 180-200g black rice
  • 250ml cooking cream
  • 1 big broccoli
  • 3 carrots
  • 1dcl red wine
  • parsley
  • sweet pepper
  • garlic
  • salt as required


Wash and chop the broccoli and carrots on smaller pieces. Cook the black rice. Put the broccoli and carrots in a pan and cook till soft. Add cooking cream, wine and all the spices as required and cook for a while. That’s it 😉
